Terms of service and Conditions
Reservations:
- To guarantee a reservation, you need a credit card. In order to avoid charges, you will have to cancel the reservation by telephone or e-mail before 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Otherwise, the credit card will be charged one night.
- If you do not guarantee the reservation, we will keep it until 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. After this hour, it is subject to availability.
Check-in:
- Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Early check-in upon request if available.
- You must show an identification document (ID or Passport).
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. To guarantee and cover your expenses, you can use a credit card (which will be processed with an pre-authorization that covers the lenght of your stay) or a deposit in cash that covers the length of your stay and an additional $ 25.00 (twenty-five American Dollars or its equivalent in Lempiras) per day to cover additional charges.
- Personal checks are not accepted.
- If your company has credit with us, you must show the reservation voucher. Otherwise, a deposit will be required.
Check-out:
- Check-out is at 1:00 p.m. After this hour, a surcharge of half a rate will be charged until 5:00 p.m. After this hour, a full rate will be charged.
- At the time of check-out, please review your invoice and charges. Your credit card will be required at the time of departure.
- All rates are in US Dollars and can be paid in that currency or Lempiras at the hotel's exchange rate.
Pets:
- Pets are not allowed in rooms or public areas, except in the parking lot. All pets must be on a leash or cage.
